MEDICAL INFORMATION: bog standard. no hair and what hair that does grow in generally gets shaved because it's just patchy and weird but nothing a doctor needs to know about or anything. he does have hella prison tats but miraculously never caught anything so yaaaay
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: eh at this point he'll deflect or laugh at whatever could offend or upset him, it's second nature by now. he tends to be pretty sensitive when it comes to the idea of getting sent back home because it's Literally The Worst but it's not really offensive or triggering, just scary in general

ANYTHING ELSE: Given the subject matter of the show in general and Hank's implied story specifically, he comes with a fair amount of content warnings:
Content Warnings: most of his warnings come from stuff that's implied more than anything else; his place in canon in general deals with the Chechan mob, gang dynamics and conflict, murder, and drug dealing, but Hank specifically also warrants warnings for history of drug addiction, transient themes of homophobia (like. severe "if he goes home he might get murdered" levels, since Russia in general and Chechnya specifically historically have a pretty harsh view towards homosexuality, including modern day prison/death camps in Chechnya where they actually round them up), prison life and all the dubiously ethical crap that entails (including solitary confinement and the mind-fuckery that comes with it), as well as growing up in a warzone. Hank himself, consequently, has an extremely casual outlook when it comes to murder and torture specifically and death in general given his upbringing, since it was pretty much normalized at a young age.
If any of these themes upset you, let me know in the comments if you need to opt out entirely or if there's just something in particular I should avoid in threads with you; honestly there's very little of this that is likely to come up in regular threads without prior discussion since a lot of it outside of mob stuff deals with stuff he's not likely to want to talk about anyway, but still. Let me know.
