• Items Coming Along: handgun with 2 extra clips, a few changes of clothes (grey chinos, cargo shorts, a red polo, a black polo, a less-obnoxious short sleeve button down, and a wifebeater, plus a couple changes of socks and underwear) complete with a jaunty beret, a floppy straw hat, a blonde wig, and a baseball cap, a complete lock pick set and a burner phone with a few hacker-type apps on it (that probably won't work in Deerington anyway and will just like. Send puppy and kitten pictures), a bag of Russian candies, a Russian-to-English dictionary, and a pair of boat shoes, all very neatly packed in a duffel bag.

• Content Warnings for Character: most of his warnings come from stuff that's implied more than anything else; his place in canon in general deals with the Chechan mob, murder, and drug dealing, but Hank specifically also warrants warnings for history of drug addiction, transient themes of homophobia (like. severe "if he goes home he might get murdered" levels), prison life and all the dubiously ethical crap that entails, and probably more but that's all I've got right this second

• Additional Adjustments to include: as far as the relationships component is involved, Hank adores people, and does his best to make friends quickly and swiftly by being as friendly and hospitable as he can. He desperately wants to be liked and accepted over anything else, and is completely content to go so far as to imprint on and make friends with people that don't necessarily want to be friends with him (case in point Barry). He aggressively befriends Barry, and honestly for most of the two seasons of the show so far Barry is inarguably THE most important relationship he's had thus far; as far as he's concerned Barry is his best friend, the guy he goes to when he's having a hard time, the guy he tries to reassure the best way he knows how. Even when he tries to strong-arm Barry into a professional partnership he still seems incredibly relieved when Barry just goes along with it, because he doesn't want to have to lean on violence. For Hank, the criminal enterprise really was the friends we made along the way.

• Canon Powers: Hank is completely, totally, human; he's got great thief and tech skills, and is decent with weapons, and has charm out the wazoo, but he's perfectly squishy and mortal outside of that.

• Blood Power Manifestation: Hank is a very tactile and empathic person by nature, and consequently his paleblood abilities will take a similar form. Initially he will get glimpses of the past of people and objects by touching them, events colored with strong emotion at first but expanding to full memories with practice and concentration. As he hones his abilities and gains more deliberate control over them (although okay, also strongly connected to the mercurial emotional nature of his blood type) he will gain a sort of empathic precognition, the ability to foresee future events when his own emotions are elevated, though generally only connected to those he's close to and never himself. He'll be pretty weirded out by all this at first, but once he realizes how helpful he can be with it he'll jump into it with gusto, and once he learns he can make jewelry with his blood that can provide others with some level of emotionally-charged foresight he'll be curious about making charms to protect his friends but EXTREMELY DETERMINED TO KEEP HIS BLOOD AWAY FROM BAD PEOPLE.
